? Monthly Payments: $398, per month from November to February (due to NPJ)
Included in dues: entry fees for all events above, court rentals, coaches stipends and travel, team equipment
and balls, club admin and processing.
Not included in dues: player and family travel (airfare, hotel, ground transportation – families book direct off
the team block), meals, spectator admission, personal gear.
